Substance use problems can have a destructive impact on workplace safety and performance and the legalization of recreational cannabis has increased the complexity for leaders and employers. This workshop examines the impact of substance use, equipping leaders with quick and practical strategies for keeping the workplace safe and effectively responding to substance use at work.
